Frédéric Blondeau CFA, MSc., FRM, FCSI

Frédéric Blondeau joined Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. in January 2022 as Managing Director for the REITs sector. Since 1997, he has held different roles within the global equity research, portfolio management and risk management sectors, more specifically, within the global REIT sector since 2001. Mr. Blondeau was previously Head of Real Estate Research at Echelon Wealth Partners, which he joined in 2017, and Head of Real Estate Research at Eight Capital (Dundee Capital Markets) from 2012 to 2017. In addition, he is the former Vice-President & Senior Portfolio Manager (and co-founder) of the Global Real Estate Group at Eterna Investment Management, as well as the former Vice-President & CIO (and co-founder) of Presima (Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec), where he worked for nine years.

Mr. Blondeau holds an MSc in Applied Finance from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and the titles of CFA charterholder, FRM and FCSI. He was recognized as #1 REITs Top Stock Pickers by Starmine in 2020.

Munish Garg, MBA

Munish Garg is currently working as an analyst, covering the REITs sector. He joined Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. in August 2022. Before joining LBS, he worked for one year on the buy-side, covering North American REITS. Having graduated with an MBA in Finance, Mr. Munish is currently a CFA Program Level 3 candidate.

Jacques Wortman, MBA, B. Sc.

Jacques Wortman joined Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. in April 2019 as Director, Mining Analyst and has over 22 years of experience in equity research, capital markets and consulting to the mining industry. Prior to joining LBS, Mr. Wortman was Principal Analyst of Metals and Mining Research at an independent investment dealer covering smaller cap base metals, gold, drilling, and royalty companies. Prior to that, he was a Corporate Development Consultant to several firms and, from 1997 to 2009, worked in mining equity research for several boutique and bank-owned brokers. Mr. Wortman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology as well as an MBA -Finance from Saint Mary's University.

Jonathan Lamers, CFA, MBA

Jonathan Lamers joined Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. in September 2022 as a Diversified Analyst with experience in equity research since 2011. Prior to joining LBS, Mr. Lamers spent 11 years at a Big Five Canadian bank, including six years as Vice-President, Special Situations Analyst, covering smaller-cap industrials, consumer discretionary, consumer staples, and renewable energy. He has demonstrated skills in stock selection and research, ranking in Brendan Woods' annual survey. Previously, he was a research associate for a top-ranked Consumer Analyst. During his tenure, the team were rated top earnings estimators for the Auto Parts sector in the Reuters StarMine awards. Mr. Lamers holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Ryan Hanley

Mr. Hanley is currently Director & Mining Analyst at Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. in Toronto. Prior to joining LBS in March 2017, he held the role of Equity Research Analyst, Mining & Mining Services at Mackie Research Capital (2012-2017), where he also worked as a Mining Research Associate (2009-2012) and Investment Banking Analyst (2008). Over his fifteen-year career Mr. Hanley has been ranked as a top analyst by Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, and Refinitiv, including as the 3rd ranked "Top Stock Picker" in Canada in the 2017 Thomson Reuters Analyst Awards. Mr. Hanley holds a BA from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.

Souheil Bitar

Souheil Bitar joined Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. in April 2022 as an Associate for the Mining Equity Research team. Prior to joining LBS, Mr. Bitar undertook internships at Agnico Eagle in the operations department and at Optimize Group Inc. as a mining engineering consulting intern. Mr. Bitar holds a bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from McGill University. He is currently pursing the CFA designation.
