Strategy and focus is to add value by providing liquidity, incremental distribution and the development of specialized fixed income products placement. Areas of focus are:

• Origination and execution of underwritten and agency fixed income private and public financings.
• Structured issuance.
• Leadership in specialized placement such as floating rate notes, real return Bonds.
• Financing advisory role.
• Analysis of optimal and opportunistic liability structures.
• Interest rate and currency hedging execution and advisory.
• Multi product approach with Laurentian Bank to provide credit facilities and or bridge to debt term financings.
